END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (the "User" or "Licensee") and Flyrz ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") for the software application Flyrz (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not download, install, or use the App.

1. LICENSE GRANT

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on a single device for personal, non-commercial use, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

2. RESTRICTIONS

You may not:

• Modify, alter, or create derivative works of the App.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
• Distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or transfer the App to third parties.
• Use the App for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity.
• Use the App in any manner that violates any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The App and all related content, including but not limited to the software, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by Flyrz or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to the intellectual property of the App except for the limited license to use it as specified herein.

4. SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES

The App offers auto-renewable subscription services that provide access to premium features. By subscribing, you agree to the following terms:

• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Billing: All subscription fees are processed through Apple's App Store and charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription Plans: We offer various subscription tiers (monthly and annual) with different features and event creation limits. The specific features and limits for each plan are displayed in the App at the time of purchase.
• Free Trial: If applicable, free trials may be offered. At the end of the free trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to subscription features until the end of the current period.
• Refunds: Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's refund policy. To request a refund, please contact Apple Support or visit support.apple.com.

5. PRIVACY

By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how your data is handled.

6. CONTENT POLICY

Users are prohibited from creating or sharing content that contains nudity or explicit content, is illegal, harmful, or violates any laws, infringes on intellectual property rights, is defamatory, harassing, or abusive, or contains spam or unsolicited commercial content. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these policies without notice.

7. TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time and for any reason, including if you breach any of the terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease using the App and uninstall it from your device.

8. DISCLAIMERS

The App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flyrz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Flyrz and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of your use of the App or any violation of this Agreement.

11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Flyrz. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.

12. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.

13. AMENDMENTS

We reserve the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be posted in the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the updated Agreement.
